As well as Sky Management we offer Technical Support within the Management Costs for your Marine Antennas
and your Distribution System (CAS) to ensure that you have quality signals around your vessel.

This level of support is what makes Best Service different from SKY and other subscription suppliers.


Support Level 1
Email Support 75% of all problems are solved by email communications between our clients and our technical department.

Support Level 2
Telephone Support when real time checks are required on the vessels Marine Antenna or Distribution System

Support Level 3
Attendance Support if we are unable to solve your problems by Email or Telephone Support , we can arrange our engineers to attend the vessel or rig (this is an extra chargeable service), we have three engineers that have Offshore Certification.
